忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 国金宏观赵伟团队分析称，9月CPI同比增速回落受基数拖累明显，食品、非食品涨价双双不及预期。分项中，食品价格涨涨0.3%较上月涨幅回落0.2个百分点，低于同期均值的1.2%，与猪肉、鲜果等供给充足等有关；非食品价格上涨0.2%，与上月涨幅持平，低于同期均值的0.3%，与暑期出行减少带动部分服务价格回落等有关。

无论是中方官员访问缅甸，还是与东南亚各国的联合执法行动，都不难看出，这是中方共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观的又一次成功实践。各方在相互尊重、主权平等的前提下，为了同一个安全目标采取协同行动，最终的成果则由所有老百姓共同分享，而且那些成果是大家能够实实在在感受得到的。现在除了东南亚各国，东盟和联合国等组织及机构也加入进来，打击跨境电信诈骗、致力于实现共同安全的力量在不断壮大。这也充分表明了中国全球安全倡议的国际感召力和理念引领力。
