现任联合国和平大学欧洲和平与发展中心副教授的华裔学者周麟劼(Linjie Chou Zanadu)表示，中国先进技术发展迅速，中国电动汽车将落地更多发展中国家，成为国际先进技术和可靠质量的代名词，此外，在金砖合作机制和共建“一带一路”倡议下，中国将更多地彰显作为大国的责任与实力。(林卓玮)
As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 如果中美欧在全球人工智能治理问题上能达成一些共识，意义将是十分重大的。其中一个关键正如中方在《全球人工智能治理倡议》所提到的，反对以意识形态划线或构建排他性集团，恶意阻挠他国人工智能发展；反对利用技术垄断和单边强制措施制造发展壁垒，恶意阻断全球人工智能供应链。能否抱持这种健康的、建设性的心态，不仅关系到此次峰会的具体成效，也关系到人工智能的安全发展。
